Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by Colissimo Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Delivery of plim
We carry an obvious interest in ecology, so the packaging we use is recycled cardboard, to the extent possible, and we rentabilisons shipments to reduce transport costs (both from an economic point of view for you, ecological with lower CO2 emissions).
All shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout.
The following calculations are averages:
Shipping to France: If you only choose larger sizes it is possible that the shipping costs pass into the higher category. However, if you choose by majority of small sizes, it is possible that you are in a smaller class.
The price on the product description does not include shipping. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, including all taxes and VAT for France and EEC countries. Indicative prices below are for France indicative and based on the sizes of the plim.
1 to 6 plim: 3,50 €
From 6 to 12 plim: 6,50 €
Delivery costs for orders above 75 € are FREE
After confirmation of your order, it is shipped to you in an average period of 2 to 3 working days if the product is in stock. If the product is temporarily unavailable but available, delivery time depends on the manufacturer or of our production, we'll deliver quickly. Average count between one week and 10 days. After 30 days of waiting for our workshops are delivered, we will send an email to notify you of the delay. Shipping is done Monday through Friday. These deadlines depend on our service MAIL, exclude holidays and weekends and are indicative.
If you have maturities dates, thank you to tell us, we will do our best but we can not guarantee anything.
Delivery will be made by the post letter max, colissimo according to the choice of transport PLIM or client in France.
A parcel number (such 1H005 43,345,984) is allocated to you as soon as the package is shipped. This personal number can be requested at any time to track the delivery of your package. It will allow you to follow the progress of your order by going to the station's website through this link: http: //www.csuivi.courrier.laposte.fr/.
Delivery is made within the timeframe agreed with the customer by delivering the product directly to the recipient, or in his absence, another person authorized by the customer. The possible delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Get your packages anywhere!
You choose the delivery address at the time of your order: you can receive your purchases to your home, office, have them shipped to someone if it is a gift ... However, for reasons security, we do not deliver hotels, campgrounds, mailboxes and remaining positions.
At the reception
The consumer has to check the condition of the packaging of the goods upon delivery and report damage to the carrier on the delivery order within 48 hours of receipt, and society PLIM within one week.
The consumer may, at his request, obtain sending an invoice to the billing address and not the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form.
Customer has 7 days (from receipt of items) to form an opinion. In case of exchange or refund, you must return it (them) article (s) nine (s) in its (their) original packaging intact, unused, unwashed, with all the accessories user manuals and documentation to the following address:

For reasons of availability, an order can be delivered several times to the customer. The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, he spent 2 orders, with delivery charges linked.
In the case of a transport system called against-payment, the customer agrees to pay the carrier or its representative the full amount specified in the order confirmation.
Also for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due to the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax and other taxes due under the laws of the receiving country of the order.
Any orders placed at the PLIM are intended for the personal use of customers, clients or recipients of products is strictly forbidden partial or complete products. PLIM fact emerges from all legal responsibilities if the payment of taxes was not made by the customer. A particular contract governs dealers.
Deliveries in the EEC countries are made by the post Colissimo followed Europe or Chronopost following the choice of PLIM or client for deliveries outside the EEC deliveries are made by international postal services or Chronopost following the choice of PLIM or client.
In case of defects, the buyer has the right of return as provided in this document.
Are considered as force majeure releasing the seller from its obligation to deliver, war, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied. The goods always travel at the risk of the recipient. Always check your package on arrival. You have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier in case of missing or damaged.
Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, PLIM is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer at no charge except for return shipping costs. Repayment is due within a maximum period of 15 days.
The shipment will be effective without a "delivery against signature" although they have sent evidence. PLIM is not responsible for lost packages or letters max by the postal service.
